    捏合机使用说明及保养

    捏合机使用前、使用时以及使用后的注意事项

    使用前:

    (1)、投料前检查缸内无异物、杂质,保证清洁后才能投料生产。查看缸盖密封条是否完好。在清理设备时,设备电源为关闭状态,严禁电源未关情况下清理,防止发生意外。

    (2)、投料前检查岗位工具是否齐全。

    (3)、要注意设备的线路及配件是否有异常的情况,发现问题及时报修。生产过程中发现设备有不正常现象,操作人员应立即关掉电源,报修。

    (4)、每次开机操作前检查三角皮带涨紧程度,通过调节螺栓将电机移至适当位置。皮带松紧程度要适宜,定期检查调整或更换。

    (5)、使用前进行试机, 试机前要将远志捏合机室清理干净,做10-15分钟空室运转,确认机器运转正常后再投入生产。通常新机齿轮(含减速机)初期使用时噪声较大,待磨合一段时间噪音自然减小,属正常现象。

    使用时:

    (1)、在加料或出料时,先停机,同时盖固定好再加料或出料,搅拌桨在转动情况下严禁手和其它一切杂物进入内部,防止人伤或损坏设备。

    (2)、冷却水及蒸汽在使用时,一定要独立使用,即开蒸汽,接通冷却水的阀门必须是关闭的;开冷却水时,接通蒸汽的阀门必须是关闭的,防止冷却水与蒸汽互混,发生爆炸或影响冷却系统,甚至烧坏冷却机。

    (3)、缸体上升或出料翻缸时,要注意观看缸体与缸架上行程开关是否接触有效。

    (4)、设备运转中防止被裸露的蒸汽烫伤。

    (5)、投料时,打开缸盖将缸体翻至一定位置后,将物料投入到缸体内再将缸体恢复原位。

    (6)、合上缸盖上板并上好缸盖周边的锁紧装置,以免开机捏合时因胶料顶开盖而造成原料浪费和影响胶料的捏合质量。

    (7)、打开盖板出料时,应上好上板侧边连接螺母以免盖板掉落造成人身安全事故。

    (8)、出料时,先打开油泵电机,然后操纵分配手柄进行翻缸,当操纵手柄往下降时,油缸活塞下降,当出料完毕后,操纵手柄向上拉,使拌缸回到水平位置,然后关掉油泵电机,才可开始下锅投料。

    (9)、缸体升降时,要注意行程开关是否有效,必要时手动控制缸体的升降。在翻缸过程中,应保持缸体与料斗间有一定距离以避免料斗受压变形及设备损坏。

    发现机器运转有不正常现象,操作人员应立即关掉电源,通知机修人员修理。

    (10)、校对量具,保证称量准确,操作过程必须认真及时准确填写操作记录。

    使用后:

    (1)、打扫设备卫生前必须先停机,电器部分由专人打扫。

    (2)、严禁在设备每页完全停止运转的情况下用手或工具等进入缸内出料。

    (3)、下班或不生产时,应清洁机器外表面及工作场地,盖好盖板,关掉电源。

    (4)、工具(切胶刀、裁纸刀)在用后应立即放回原处,不能随手乱放防止带入机中损坏设备及污染胶料。

    (5)、各润滑部位应经常注油,滴注加油式润滑每班加机油不得少于二次,压入式加油润滑每二十天压入黄油一次,油池是润滑每三个月更换一次。

    墙板轴封,应根据使用磨损情况,适当调整或更换密封件。

    (6)、经常检查蒸汽管道及各结合处,不允许有渗漏现象。

    (7)、机器运行六个月应进行检修,检查易损零件并作适当的修理或更换。

    Precautions before, during and after use of kneader 

    Before use: 

    (1) before feeding, check whether there is any foreign matter or impurity in the cylinder, and ensure that the cylinder can be put into production only after it is clean. Check whether the sealing strip of cylinder head is intact. When cleaning the equipment, the power supply of the equipment is turned off. It is strictly prohibited to clean the equipment when the power supply is not turned off to prevent accidents. 

    (2) check whether the post tools are complete before feeding. 

    (3) pay attention to whether the circuit and accessories of the equipment are abnormal, and report for repair in time in case of any problem. If the equipment is found abnormal in the production process, the operator shall immediately turn off the power supply and report for repair. 

    (4) check the tension degree of V-belt before each start-up operation, and move the motor to a proper position by adjusting the bolt. The tightness of the belt shall be appropriate, and the belt shall be checked, adjusted or replaced regularly. 

    (5) test the machine before use. Before the test, clean up the Yuanzhi kneader room, run it in an empty room for 10-15 minutes, and then put it into production after confirming the normal operation of the machine. Generally, the noise of the new gear (including reducer) is large in the initial use, and the noise will be naturally reduced after running in for a period of time, which is a normal phenomenon. 

    When used: 

    (1) when feeding or discharging, stop the machine first, fix the cover at the same time, and then feed or discharge. When the mixing paddle is rotating, it is forbidden to enter the interior with hands and other sundries, so as to prevent personal injury or equipment damage. 

    (2) when using the cooling water and steam, they must be used independently, that is, opening the steam, and the valve connecting the cooling water must be closed; when opening the cooling water, the valve connecting the steam must be closed to prevent the mixing of the cooling water and steam, explosion or affect the cooling system, or even burn the cooling machine. 

    (3) when the cylinder block is raised or the discharge is turned over, pay attention to see whether the contact between the cylinder block and the travel switch on the cylinder frame is effective. 

    (4) prevent scalding by exposed steam during equipment operation. 

    (5) when feeding, open the cylinder head to turn the cylinder body to a certain position, put the material into the cylinder body and then restore the cylinder body to its original position. 

    (6) close the upper plate of the cylinder head and install the locking device around the cylinder head, so as to avoid the waste of raw materials and the impact on the kneading quality of the rubber material due to the opening of the cover when the machine is started. 

    (7) when opening the cover plate for discharging, the connecting nuts at the side of the upper plate shall be installed to avoid personal safety accidents caused by the cover plate falling. 

    (8) when discharging, first turn on the oil pump motor, and then turn over the cylinder by operating the distribution handle. When the control handle descends, the oil cylinder piston descends. When discharging is finished, pull up the control handle to make the mixing cylinder return to the horizontal position, and then turn off the oil pump motor, and then start feeding. 

    (9) when lifting the cylinder block, pay attention to whether the travel switch is effective. If necessary, manually control the lifting of the cylinder block. In the process of turning the cylinder, a certain distance should be kept between the cylinder body and the hopper to avoid the deformation of the hopper under pressure and equipment damage. 

    In case of abnormal operation of the machine, the operator shall immediately turn off the power supply and inform the maintenance personnel to repair it. 

    (10) check the measuring tools to ensure the accuracy of weighing, and fill in the operation records carefully and accurately in the operation process. 

    After use: 

    (1) the equipment must be shut down before cleaning, and the electrical part shall be cleaned by a specially assigned person. 

    (2) it is strictly prohibited to use hands or tools to enter the cylinder for discharging under the condition that each page of the equipment is completely stopped. 

    (3) clean the external surface of the machine and the work site, cover the cover plate and turn off the power supply when off duty or not in production. 

    (4) the tools (rubber cutter and paper cutter) shall be put back to the original place immediately after use, and shall not be placed randomly to prevent damaging the equipment and polluting the rubber material brought into the machine. 

    (5) the lubricating parts shall be frequently filled with oil. The oil shall be added at least twice per shift for drip type lubrication, once every 20 days for press type lubrication, and once every three months for oil pool lubrication. 

    The wall panel shaft seal shall be adjusted or replaced properly according to the wearing condition. 

    (6) check the steam pipes and joints frequently, and no leakage is allowed. 

    (7) the machine shall be overhauled after six months of operation, and vulnerable parts shall be inspected and properly repaired or replaced.
